Editorial policy

Clarity is the product.

Our recommendations begin with reader needs and visible tradeoffs—not a commission rate.

Selection

We choose topics where a clear framework can reduce confusion or unnecessary spending. At launch, our guides discuss categories rather than ranking specific products.

Research and writing

Writers separate durable principles from facts that can change. When a mutable technical or policy fact is material, we prefer an authoritative primary source and identify the review date. We do not reuse automated or spun article copy.

Commercial independence

Advertisers and affiliate programs do not receive approval rights over editorial conclusions. Paid placement, if introduced, must be labeled. A commercial link may be removed or replaced without rewriting the underlying decision framework.

Corrections and updates

Material corrections should be made promptly and the reviewed date updated. Readers can use the Contact page to learn how to submit a factual correction while our public mailbox setup is being finalized.
